Our Journey Together: Terms & Conditions
Welcome to City's Best Travel Club! Before we start planning your dream getaway, here’s a quick look at how we work together to ensure your trip is seamless, safe, and sensational.
1. Booking Your Adventure
- The Handshake: A booking is official once we’ve sent your confirmation and received your deposit.
- Pricing: While we strive for accuracy, prices are subject to change until your final payment is received due to factors beyond our control, like currency shifts or fuel surcharges.
2. Payments & Deadlines
- Secure Your Spot: A non-refundable deposit of [Amount/Percentage] is required at the time of booking.
- Final Countdown: The remaining balance is due [30/60] days before you depart. If life gets in the way and payment is late, we may have to release your spot to another traveler.
3. If Plans Change (Cancellations)
We know life happens! If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing. Our standard fees are:
- Over 30 Days Out: Loss of deposit only.
- 15–30 Days Out: [50]% of total trip cost.
- Less than 15 Days Out: [100]% of total trip cost.
- Our Pro Tip: Get Travel Insurance! It’s the best way to protect your investment against the unexpected.
4. Our Responsibility & Yours
- Our Promise: We use reasonable skill and care to select great partners (hotels, airlines, guides).
- The Fine Print: Since we act as an agent for these providers, we aren't liable for their specific errors or delays.
- Your Paperwork: You are the hero of your own story! Please ensure your passport (valid for 6+ months), visas, and health documents are all in order.
5. Keeping it Friendly (Conduct)
We want everyone to have a blast. If a traveler’s behavior is disruptive or dangerous, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the tour without a refund.
6. The Legal "Stay Safe" Clause
- Force Majeure: Sometimes nature or world events (like "Acts of God") intervene. In these rare cases, we cannot be held liable for changes or cancellations.
- Disputes: If we have a disagreement we can't settle over coffee, the laws of [Your State/Country] will apply.
